1. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter skill-based competitions .We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity.
Our skill-based competitions are open to participants worldwide, except where prohibited by law. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that entering such competitions is not prohibited in their country!
If the Entrant engages in any form of fraud (actual or apparent);fraudulent misrepresentation ;fraudulent concealment; hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the Website; or amending, or unauthorised use of, any of the code that constitutes the Website,all of their entries will be declared void, no refunds will be given and they may be prevented from participating in any future Competitions.
Colosseum Giveaways (The Promoter) reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

- provides false information,
- acts in an abusive, threatening, or harassing manner towards the Promoter or other participants,
- or otherwise attempts to undermine the fairness or integrity of the competition.
Such participants may be removed without notice, and no refunds will be issued.
2. How It Works
Colosseum Giveaways offers Skill-Based Competition with Paid Entry and Free Entry route.
All Competitions include a Competition Question and an entry fee is payable each time you enter a Competition or a free entry route .
Paid entry requires:
- Create an account and log in , Choose the competition you want to participate .
Answering a multiple-choice question correctly to the preferred competition.
Select the required number of entries - Purchasing an entry ticket and proceed to checkout
Entries without correct answers will be disqualified automatically.
Each valid entry will be assigned a unique ticket number
FREE entry route requires:
You may enter a Competition for free by complying with the following conditions: - send your entry by pre-paid first or second class post to the Promoter at the following address: 32 Topps Drive Bedworth England CV12 0DE
- include with your entry the following information:
- details of the Competition you wish to enter;
- your full name;
- your date of birth;
- your postal address;
- a contact telephone number and email address
- your answer to the selected competition.

No confirmation will be issued for postal entries;
Entries must arrive before(48h) the competition’s End Date
Entrants must have created an account on the website to have a free entry processed, all details must match the account details.
Entries, including free entries, are limited per person per Competition. The maximum number of entries permitted per entrant for a Competition will be listed on the webpage of the respective Competition .
No further entries shall be permitted if the maximum number of entries for the Competition is reached.

By purchasing entries and/ or submitting a Competition entry , you are confirming you are eligible to enter the Competition , you acknowledge you are entering into a ‘contract’ with the Promoter; and you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
When you purchase a Competition entry online, the Promoter will send confirmation(via email) that your entry has been received.
The Promoter will not accept responsibility for Competition entries that are not successfully completed, are lost or are delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
3. The Draw , The Winner
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries
The draw will be conducted using an independent tool such as Google Random Number Generator, ensuring fairness and transparency.
Each valid entry will be assigned a unique ticket number(if the correct answer ). During the draw, these ticket numbers will be entered into the random generator, and the winning number will be selected live.
The draw will be broadcast live via our official social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook or YouTube), and a recording will be available for public review.
The Promoter reserves the right to postpone or re-run the draw in the event of technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances affecting fairness or transparency.
If the winner does not respond during the LIVE draw, they will be contacted by email and/or phone as soon as reasonably possible after the draw has taken place.
Winners must claim the Prize personally. The Prize cannot be claimed by a third party on the Winner’s behalf. The delivery or collection of the Prize will be arranged directly between the Winner and the Promoter, following mutual agreement on the method and timing.
For physical prizes (e.g., vehicles, electronics, merchandise), the winner will have up to 30 calendar days from the date of the draw to claim the prize.
If the winner fails to respond or cannot be reached within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize and select an alternate winner from the pool of eligible entries.
Cash prizes, if offered, will be transferred only after full verification of the winner’s identity and eligibility.
Unclaimed cash prizes may be forfeited after a reasonable attempt to contact the winner.
All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the original winner before a redraw is conducted. So make sure your details on your account will be verified by you carefully.
All Winners will be required for post Draw publicity which may include , the provision or taking of photographs and/or videos for use on our social media platforms.

4. The prize
The Promoter is not responsible for failed prize delivery or payment due to incorrect or incomplete account details provided by the participant.
The Promoter reserves the right not to award any Prize if the Prize is not claimed by the Winner in accordance with these T&C’s.
Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value. If any details of the Prize change, the Promoter will endeavour to update the Website as soon as reasonably possible. For Instant Win Competitions, the Prizes stated on the Website are those that are available to be won. There is no guarantee that all such Prizes will be won and whether and how many Prizes are won will depend on the number of entries into the Competition.
The Promoter takes reasonable steps to award the Prize as described in the Website. The Promoter makes no other representations and gives no warranties about the Prize, its value, its condition or any other information provided on the Website. The Promoter makes no representations and gives no warranties that the information provided on the Website is accurate, complete or up to date.
There is no cash alternative for the Prize unless stated on the Prize, however the Promoter may (in its sole discretion) provide one if the Winner would rather receive cash than the Prize.
The Prize is not refundable, negotiable or transferable.
If the Prize is a vehicle:
The Promoter will, unless otherwise stated, ensure it comes with a valid MOT (if required);
No insurance is included with the Prize and it is the Winner´s responsibility to ensure the vehicle is adequately insured prior to taking it on the public roads (if it is legal to do so);
The Promoter has no responsibility for the Prize once it has been delivered. The Winner is solely responsible for complying with all relevant laws and regulations relating to the vehicle, its operation and ensuring they operate it in a safe and responsible manner;
No vehicle/road tax is included;
The Winner is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary licences, qualification, knowledge and experience to operate the vehicle safely and legally;
Cash Prizes
If a participant wins a cash prize, the amount will be transferred to the bank account details provided by the winner as soon as reasonably possible after the draw.
It is the responsibility of the winner to submit accurate and complete bank details. If the Promoter does not receive the required bank information within 30 calendar days from the date of the draw, the prize will be considered unclaimed, and the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize and select a new winner.
Instant Wins Prizes
Some competitions may include Instant Win prizes, which are randomly assigned to specific ticket numbers before the competition starts. If your purchased ticket matches a pre-designated Instant Win number, you are immediately eligible for the associated prize.
Instant Wins are typically cash prizes and will be transferred to the bank account provided by the winning participant.
To claim an Instant Win, the participant must notify the Promoter by email, WhatsApp, or through the contact page, clearly stating:
- their full name
- the winning ticket number
- proof of ticket purchase (e.g. order confirmation or screenshot)
- valid bank details for the transfer
The Promoter will verify the win and transfer the prize as soon as reasonably possible. Failure to provide complete and accurate information within 30 days may result in the prize being forfeited.

If you make such a request you will be withdrawing from the Competition as it will not be possible to contact you in the event that you are the winner.
